Are you creative, communicative, and love sewing? Here is your chance to combine your product interest with pedagogy, relationship building, and sales. We are now looking for an engaged person who wants to inspire, educate, and contribute to the sales of our market-leading sewing machines and become a valuable ambassador for our products.

About the role As a Sales and Product Coordinator, you will have a broad and varied role where no day is the same. You will alternate between creating inspiring content, planning and conducting training, and representing us at fairs and events. You will be our knowledgeable voice towards retailers and customers, making it easy to understand our products and inspiring their use.

In your daily work, you will among other things:

·        Educate retailers on the functions and features of the products.

·        Plan and lead training sessions, demo days, and store activities.

·        Be responsible for fairs and product demonstrations.

·        Create and contribute content for social media.

·        Collect customer feedback and relay insights to the product team.

·        Produce simple marketing materials, proofread, and translate texts.

·        Maintain ongoing communication and administration related to our retailers.

Your profile We would like you to have experience in indirect sales and working with social media. If you also have an interest in sewing, that is a plus. Being able to communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both written and spoken, is a requirement.

You combine creativity with structure and thrive in a role where you have the opportunity to put your stamp on the work. You are confident in taking initiative and driving activities forward, while also having a warm and inviting manner in meetings with others. You build relationships with ease and have a natural ability to inspire, whether it’s about educating retailers, creating engaging content, or representing us at events.
